Terms and condition of use of
Hotels.ByGuide.com Web Site, hereinafter referred to as
"Hotels.ByGuide".
Agreement between User and
SIFOR SRL, hereinafter referred to as "SIFOR".
Hotels.ByGuide
is operated by SIFOR, which registration address is in Quartu SE (CA)
Italy.
The User is the person accessing and/or using Hotels.ByGuide via the internet.
Hotels.ByGuide is offered to the User under condition of the User acceptance of the terms and conditions herein contained.

operated by SIFOR. SIFOR is not in control of these other web sites and is
not responsible in any respect for the contents of or for any consequence
derived from the use of these other web sites. The links contained in Hotels.ByGuide
are provided only for the User convenience and this does not imply endorsement by SIFOR of
the contents of these other web sites or any association with their
operators.
As an example and without limitations the above apply also to links which

Duration of the agreement
SIFOR reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the
agreement at any time, without notice.

The User should not rely upon this information for User's personal decisions or for User's
advising any other party.
SIFOR does not declare or guarantee the suitability, reliability, timeliness and accuracy of
the information contained on or made available through Hotels.ByGuide, for any purpose. All
this information is provided by SIFOR "as is" without declaration or warranty of any kind, including all implied
declarations and warranties.
SIFOR shall in no event be liable for damages of any kind, including but
not limited to direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages,
damages for loss of use or loss of data or loss of profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of
Hotels.ByGuide. If User
does not consider satisfactory Hotels.ByGuide or any portion of it or any of these terms and conditions,
the User will have the sole and exclusive remedy to discontinue using Hotels.ByGuide.
Miscellaneous
User hereby accept the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Cagliari, Italy,
for all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of Hotels.ByGuide. User will not use
Hotels.ByGuide in all instances and areas or countries
where the laws and regulations do not give effect to all of these terms and conditions.
This agreement or the use of Hotels.ByGuide by the User do not constitute and is
not construed to mean any joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship
between User and SIFOR.
SIFOR may change these terms and conditions of use at any time, without
notice.
Privacy
SIFOR will not gather and keep User's personal information without the
User's authorization. If so authorized by the User SIFOR will keep
the User's information strictly confidential and will not disclose them to
others. The User's informations will be used only for the scope for which
the User made the information available and gave its authorization. |
